Who We Are

Chorisaga is a family-run business with roots that stretch back to the beautiful palm-fringed, sea-side state of Goa, founded in 2012 due to the realization of Malcolm and Melita's passion for authentic Goan food. Our food evokes the Portuguese and Indian heritage that makes Goan soul satisfying.

What We Do

Our sausages are manufactured in a FDDA approved facility and vacuum packed. Only the finest ingredients are used in the preparation, with many sourced from Goa. We pride ourselves on the authentic taste of our home-cooked preparations, and cater for parties, events, as well as for home orders.
