Who We Are
Chorisaga is a family-run business with roots that stretch back to the beautiful palm-fringed, seaside state of Goa. Founded in 2012, it grew out of Malcolm and Melita’s passion for authentic Goan food.
Our food evokes the Portuguese and Indian heritage that makes Goan food so soul-satisfying.
What We Do
Our sausages are vacuum-packed. Only the finest ingredients are used in the preparation, with many sourced from Goa.
We pride ourselves on the authentic taste of our home-cooked preparations and cater for parties, events, and home orders.
